“Headed for the end of the line? Where are managers leading retail?”
Are managers leading retail toward the end of the line? — This case study uses a structured analysis to show where the current state deviates from the ideal state of a sustainable retail company. The fact is: Something must happen, especially at the management level, to ensure long-term survival! For the case study of Sickel & Team, accompanied by the Deutsches Institut für Marketing, a total of 61 customers and 93 projects of Sickel & Team from the years 2015 to 2021 were analysed across all industries.
